Package Your Items
Place the original items with all designer tags attached into the reusable shipping bag or a sturdy box to ensure they remain in pristine condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier partner and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or replacement within 5-7 business days.
